Dual career opportunity for five Esports talents
With the Xantaro IT-Trials, together with the Esports Player Foundation (epf), we are opening a new chapter in the elite sporting promotion of young esports talents: As part of our one-year sponsorship programme, we not only enable the talents to work even more specifically on their Esports careers, but also to prepare their professional careers after their Esports careers at the same time. Strong together in Esport
Our in-house Esports team "neXt level" took part in the Outplayed Cup for the second time. Last year we reached the final, this year unfortunately only the semi-finals. Nevertheless, metagame's company Esports tournament series brings companies and employees together, strengthens team spirit and connects participants and spectators in an exciting way. And perhaps you too will soon be part of the Xantaro family and will be joining in the excitement next year as a gamer or spectator!
Love HR, hate Racism!
We are part of it! The #hrespect campaign was launched under the motto "Love HR, hate racism" to sensitise the HR profession to the issue of racism and right-wing populism and to provide a platform for dialogue on the topic. To jointly uncover our own blind spots and show a clear edge. The aim is to give racism and marginalisation no place in companies!
