Xantaro’s information security and quality management has again proven itself: In the course of two independent audits for the certification of company processes, DEKRA Certification GmbH confirmed that Xantaro Deutschland is continuously implementing and improving both the requirements of the integrated Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Quality Management. For the first time, also Xantaro’s software and solution development has been audited – the result: audit passed!
ISO certifications are based on international standards and are the cornerstone for standardizing business procedures and processes. ISO/IEC 27001 stands for the safe and reliable handling of information, while ISO 9001 guarantees the quality of internal and external company and business processes. Once the audit has been passed, each certificate is valid for a further three years, with annual surveillance audits ensuring the consistency of the integrated processes.
At the forefront of the ISO audits are Compliance Manager Daniel Onnebrink and Kubilay Sahin, who is responsible for the Internal Management System (IMS) at Xantaro. Accompanied by the respective departments, they face the auditors and ensure continuous auditing within the certification cycles.
“Our claim is the consistent improvement of procedures and business processes in the interests of our customers across all services. Accordingly, the management systems also play an important role in relation to the most recent area of our corporate strategy. We are all the more pleased that we were able to convince the auditors of our quality and information security with regard to our own product development. This shows that our customers can fully rely on the provision of services across the entire portfolio.” – state Onnebrink and Sahin.
