Xantaro stands for quality and high data integrity

End of May within an audit of several days’ duration, the DEKRA Certifications GmbH again examined Xantaro’s quality management system and for the first time also its information security management system. The result: Xantaro complies with all international quality standards and conditions with regards to responsible and secure handling of sensitive data. Thus, DEKRA certified Xantaro against ISO norm 9001 and also against ISO norm 27001 – both international guarantors for high operational standards of quality, customer orientation, reliability, confidentiality and integrity.

ISO 9001 – Standard for record performance

The certification against ISO 9001 proves efficient structures and an excellent service due to quality orientation and awareness in all process sections. The standard documents within annual audits assess the customer orientation, the responsibilities of all quality sensitive tasks and the stipulated procedures. The permanent development in terms of continuous improvement ensures a transparent, holistic and quality orientated interaction with customers and strong vendor relationships.

ISO 27001 – Basis for confidence

With regards to the proceeding globalisation and the accompanied IT-based risks, ISO 27001 provides customers with an important indicator for the handling of information security, its compliance and continuous improvement. Independent of industry and size of enterprise, the norm specifies requirements for the implementation and perpetuation of an effective and comprehensive management system for data protection and security.
