COVID-19 – Our confirmation to our valued customers
In the course of the increasing spread of the corona virus (COVID-19) in Europe, we hereby confirm that there are currently no restrictions in the provision of our services.
Currently all obligations of Xantaro and SLA agreements towards our customers can be met. In order to be informed at an early stage about changed delivery times and any impairments in the RMA process, we are in tight contact with our suppliers and technology partners. In addition, we have initiated measures to give the best possible chance to counter potential supply bottlenecks.
To secure our business operations, we have preemptively validated the internal business continuity planning and established appropriate precautions.
Furthermore, to protect our employees and to minimise the risks of the spread of COVID-19 advanced hygienic measures have been implemented at our office and logistics locations, restrictions on business trips and face-to-face meetings have been advised, and telephone / video conferences as well as home working (if feasible without restriction) have been recommended.
