Through the Xantaro Operational Services, Xantaro makes a major contribution to the safe and reliable operation of its customers’ networks. In close cooperation with our service customers, we establish procedures which will guarantee quick access to the locations and systems concerned in case of a problem.
In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Xantaro’s presence is ubiquitous. Within 4 hours, we will have a systems engineer in any location to fix the problem. Furthermore, Xantaro runs service warehouses at all locations where supplies of the required spares are kept.
Working closely with our specialists at the Xantaro Technical Assistance Center (XTAC), our systems engineers will strive to fix any impediments to network operations quickly and reliably. They are highly trained, know the local customer situation and work closely with the relevant partner contacts.
Xantaro Operational Services – available internationally But Xantaro does not just offer high-level services in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In close cooperation with its service partner IBM Xantaro is able to provide global and reliable maintenance and exchange services for international customers – twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
To guarantee the quick exchange of faulty components and therefore smooth troubleshooting, Xantaro supplies the IBM country organizations with the spares required by customers, well before they are actually needed. If there is a fault which could be remedied by exchanging the hardware, IBM will make sure that this is done in a timely fashion.
